HOW TO PREPARE
Kozhukkatte Recipe
Mix required amount of Global rice powder with hot water into a thick dough. Take a lemon size dough from the mix. Apply oil on a plantain leaf or plastic paper. Flatten the dough on the plantain leaf. Place a small amount of filling in the middle. Fold and roll the dough in to a ball. Steam cook to make tasty kozhakattai.
Ney Pathiri Recipe
Grind 1 onion, 5 shallots, half a coconut grated, 1 tsp fennel in a mixer grinder. Add this to 500g global priyam neypathiri podi and salt to taste. Mix into a thick paste adding sufficient water. Keep aside for 15-30 minutes. Apply a little oil in your palm and roll out a small piece of the dough. Flatten into a disc of 5mm thickness in a plantain leaf or cloth or glass paper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the disc to get crispy and tasty neypathiri.
