Global priyam Idiyappam / Nice Pathiri Podi
HOW TO PREPARE
Idiyappam
Boil 1 cup (200 ml) water with salt. Pour boiled water to 1 cup (200 gm) Global Priyam Idiyappam (Noolputtu) powder and mix thoroughly with continous stirring. Knead well until the dough becomes soft. Extrude the prepared dough through sevanazhi into an Idiyappam steamer and cook till done.
Nice Pathiri
Boil 1½ cup (300ml) of water with ¼ tsp of coconut oil and a pinch of salt in to the boiling water, sprinkle 1 cup (200 gm) of Global Priyam Nice Pathiri Powder. Switch off the flame and cover with a lid. After 1 minute put the warm mixture in a flat vessel and knead thoroughly until soft. Make small balls out of the soft dough & make as chapati. Grill without oil.
